Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at oliver.co@olivermontessori.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Are these items safe if my child chews on them? 

A: Absolutely. Both materials are non-toxic and designed for oral contact. The silicone is soft and flexible, while bamboo is naturally antimicrobial and splinter-resistant when properly maintained.

How do I care for bamboo tableware?

Hand-wash with mild soap and warm water, then air dry completely. Avoid soaking or prolonged water exposure. Occasionally treat with food-safe mineral oil to maintain the bamboo's natural finish.

What materials are used? 

Our tableware is crafted from sustainable bamboo and food-grade silicone—both non-toxic, BPA-free, and safe for little ones. The bamboo provides durability and natural beauty, while the silicone offers flexibility and grip.



Is it dishwasher and microwave safe?

Both bamboo and silicone pieces are dishwasher-safe for easy cleanup. However, we recommend hand-washing bamboo items to extend their lifespan. Silicone is microwave-safe; bamboo is not.
