Q. The product I want is out of stock. When will it be available?
A. Our policy is to keep our inventory levels in line with demand. However, it may happen that a particular product gets sold out. If one of our products is out of stock, please send us a message. We'll do our best to let you know when it will be available again.
Q. Can you tell me a little bit more about your products?
A. We work hard to include as much information about our products as possible in our product descriptions on the product page, but if you'd like to know more, please contact us.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, we ship internationally. Depending on your location, shipping charges may vary. We have shipping capabilities to most countries around the world.
Please keep in mind that different countries have their own unique customs rules and regulations. Unfortunately, you will be responsible for communication and any additional costs required to release your item(s) if your package is held in customs. This will result in higher shipping charges. To reduce the cost of a special order, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your order as quickly as possible.
Q. What is the delivery time for my order?
A. We usually process the order in 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri). Once the payment has been approved. And you will receive your order in 10-15 working days (Mon-Fri). Please know that we are doing our best to get your order out to you in a timely manner.
Q. Where do you ship from?
A. We ship from our partner factories located in the USA, UK and a few other Asian countries.
Q. I only received part of my order. Where is the rest?
A. No need for concern! We begin processing your order as soon as it is placed in an effort to reduce overall shipping times and processing delays. This can often mean that your order will arrive in a number of packages rather than in a single package at a later date. For more details, please see our Shipping Policy.
Q. I have a discount code. Where do I enter it?
A. During the checkout process of your order, discount codes must be entered. If you are on mobile, you will need to click on "View Order Summary" to enter it. Once entered, the cost will be automatically adjusted.

A. We charge in USD for most of what we sell. The contents of your shopping cart will be displayed in multiple currencies. However, you will be charged in USD at the current exchange rate.
Q. Do I get a confirmation number when ordering?
A. Yes, you will. All customers receive an order number after placing an order. If you don't receive one within 24-48 hours, please contact us.
