The stitched cotton texture contrasts with the polished wood, offering tactile contrast between soft and firm surfaces. A rattle inside makes a soft sound when shaken, pairing auditory feedback with cause and effect discovery, while the wooden ring supports grasping practice and coordination through repeated handling. The six fruit shapes also invite shape and color recognition.
A handmade crochet and wood rattle for sensory and tactile exploration.
